Why no talk of “self-determination,” “inalienable rights,” and “autonomy,” for the Khuzistani Arabs?Because they are citizens of Iran, living within internationally recognised borders. If the Palestinians of the West Bank had the same rights and were integrated into the Israeli state with citizenship, then there would be no "occupation." The Iranian Arabs, when they move to different parts of the country such as Tehran, tend to lose their Arab identity. This isn't possible, between Palestinians and Israelis.
