The Secretariat will have the power not merely to invite nation states to perform their obligations under the climate-change Convention, but to compel them to do so. Nation states are to be ordered to collect, compile and submit vast quantities of information, in a manner and form to be specified by the secretariat and its growing army of subsidiary bodies.

And they will enforce this...how?

Read thru the Wikileaks documents on how much the State Department was badgering other nations to get them in line to support The Global Warming Agreements....

I guess they will have to send the UN army to rob us. Rinos better not mess with this in a way that hurts our country. But many in Washington are much more loyal to the UN (the new world order) than to the US constitution and the American people.
