Republicans have a problem. The most-talked-about figure in the GOP is a reality show star who cannot be elected. And yet the same leaders who fret that Sarah Palin could devastate their party in 2012 are too scared to say in public what they all complain about in private.
Enough. Its time for the GOP to man up.
Everybody knows that Palin is a busy woman. The former half-term governor of Alaska stays so busy these days that one wonders how this mother of five manages to juggle her new reality show, follow her eldest daughters dancing career and launch her latest frenetic book tour while still finding the time to insult a slew of revered presidents and first ladies.
Youve got to admit hers is a breathtaking high-wire act.
What man or mouse with a fully functioning human brain and a résumé as thin as Palins would flirt with a presidential run? It makes the political biography of Barack Obama look more like Winston Churchills, despite the fact that the 44th president breezed into the Oval Office as little more than a glorified state senator.
Still, Palin is undeterred, charging ahead maniacally while declaring her intention to run for the top office in the land if nobody else will. Adding audacity to this dopey dream is that Palin cant stop herself from taking swings at Republican giants. In the past month alone, she has mocked Ronald Reagans credentials, dismissed George H.W. and Barbara Bush as arrogant blue bloods and blamed George W. Bush for wrecking the economy.
Wow. Thatll win em over in Iowa.
One can only guess what comes next on Palins bizarre road show. Maybe the publishing worlds favorite reality star can keep drawing attention and selling billions of books by spitting on John Waynes grave...

There is a certain element in the GOP that considers us as the enemy and spends all its time going after us instead of O and his gang.
The thing that struck me about this piece is how dishonest it is. He knows he’s mischaracterizing her and he does it anyway to try to score points against Palin. I didn’t agree with Scarborough a lot of the time but I didn’t think of him as dishonest before this. The idea that Palin would “sneer” at Reagan is prima facie ridiculous. He just puts it out there like we don’t see her on TV every other day.
I didn’t read the article but Palin isn’t what we need. Her name should be forever tied to McCain and his win over Hayworth.
On that same show, Scarfurrow tried to get Shadegg (outgoing AZ (R) congressman) to say, yea or nay, “is Palin qualified to be pres?”.
I thought Shadegg would have the courage to say “of course she is”. But, sensing that Joe’s next question would be even more troubling for him, he demurred, saying in effect: “the American people are capable of deciding that...”.
What a freakin wuss! What would have been wrong with saying: “She’s much more qualified than obama was when he was running; and she’s been far more deeply examined by the press, which has on the whole been on a mission to destroy her. So, Joe, I’ve answered you; now you answer me: do you think obama was qualified to be president?” What would have been wrong with that?
I think he wants to get in a pissing contest with Palin, I hope she ignores him. He wants the “fame” of fighting Palin. Betcha.
I am always interested to see who the Rat cable channels promote for balance. Joe on PMSLSD and Parker on CNN. One trait they have in common? Rabid Palin hatred. This automatically excludes you from any Conservative street cread and your rating show it.
1. Why don’t you take Gov. Palin on Joe? You effete wannabe, casting stones from your castle of sand at PmsNbc. Use the proceeds of your 67 books sold.
2. The audacity of belittling Palin’s political savvy and intelligence constantly and sitting right next to the dimwit Mika. There are unemployed people and Mika has a job. Nuff said.
I think he wants to get in a pissing contest with Palin, I hope she ignores him. He wants the fame of fighting Palin. Betcha.

Righto. So’s he a dishonest whore fishing for ratings. Not a dishonest tool for the left. Wait! I know. Joe Scarbourough is a lying whore who is fishing for ratings by being a dishonest tool of the left!
Joe has been living in the upper westsisde of Manhatten too long and drinking his emloyer’s (MSNBC) Kool Aide. Additionally, he has very gradually moved towards the thinking of his TV “Partner” Mika who I suspect is more than a “TV Partner”.
Thanks Joe!
Listening to Liberals’ advice is always a winning strategery for the GOP
Why DID he have to resign?
Scarborough is very jealous. He has to sit next to that monument of stupidity Mika every morning and pretend that what she says is interesting. Must be sheer torture.
Meanwhile Sarah Palin is building a conservative movement that will be elected to power two years from now. And doing that while having her own show about her on tv, working on Fox News, writing best selling books, watching her daughter on a popular tv program and dealing with sniping and trash from the leftist/Democrat party media. And she's constantly talked about as possibly being the Republican Party's 2012 presidential candidate. Not to mention her Twitter followers. Eat your heart RINO Joe.
Palin’s name will forever be tied to being the first female, and the youngest Governor ever elected in Alaska, having the highest approval ratings in Alaskan history, and perhaps nationally, for a Governor.
Her name will forever be tied to being the first GOP vice Presidential nominee in history, and the most effective mid term campaigner in our history, since it is unlikely that her 2010 record will be broken.
A Death in the Congressman’s Office
Does Anybody in the Press Care About Lori Klausutis?

Joe the neo-liberal, grasping for attention the only way he knows how. So predictable...
Danke!
MSNBC’s token “republican” attacks Palin? Wow, there’s a news flash.
Why don’t you “man up” you coward and tell us precisely which policies of hers you don’t like.
