Think about this statement very carefully. In one sense we haven’t won anything yet. The Dems just expanded government vastly between Obamacare and a bunch of other things they did, including a truly massive increase in spending. They lost one house of Congress because of it. We have two years for them to try to preserve this victory and hope America turns against Republicans.
We can’t focus so much on the game of winning Congress—it has to result in something. That something is getting rid of government. We had a “Republican” Congress and president in the early part of the decade and we got Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” and “Free Drugs for Seniors.” What would happen if the new Republican Congress tried to repeal them? We keep moving to the Left.
If Obamacare, which is now the law of the land, is not repealed, Obama wins: we become a socialist state. Pretty simple: Get rid of that monstrosity, or Obama will written into the history books by leftist professors as the third most important president after their first two most important: Lincoln and FDR. We have not won anything.
