Translation: “We knew Americans opposed 0bamaCare massively. We expected to get shellacked. We passed 0bamaCare in spite of Americans’ opposition, because we are Leftists first, and not primarily concerned with ‘America’.”

I think one of Obama's main problems is that every one of his speeches is to rabid followers, the choir, in other words.

As a result, Obama believes that everyone agrees and worships him and as such, he continues to stay the course of socialism and fascism and cannot conceive of an electorate who rejects him.

Obamacare threw alot of ‘Dems’ under the bus.
When Americas says ‘No’, we mean it.
Sleeping giant is now awake, never be silent again.
Believe ‘agenda’ is all that matters to PresO; no matter who pays the price, right Dems?

The spin masters are still at it though.

democrats in general say that it wasn’t policy it was the economy. Therefore pelosi will run again as minority leader.

obama says that he didn’t explain enough about what he was doing .. my god, the man gave more speeches and had more face time than Bush ever did, more than Clinton, more than Bush Sr.

How much more talk can this guy do?

they are all delusional trying to maintain control over us as long as they can .. the fight has just started and they aren’t caving in at all.

As passed, Obamacare will (and has) suffer short-term political losses. If allowed to stand, it will be the gift that keeps on giving for the Democrats. If allowed to stand, 50 years from now, Democrats will be rejoicing over Obama. It is a potential game-changer in our political system.

If the GOP doesn't defeat this in the next two years by defunding, or challenging in court, this monster will grow so powerful, no one will be able to put it back in its cage.

We cannot allow the political stage to change the question from "should we allow a government healthcare system?" to "how do we fix what's broken in our government healthcare system?" This is where the Democrats will win every battle, every argument, because they'll be the party who are more willing to spend taxpayer money to "get it right." Once the government plan is all there is (and it will be, eventually), people won't want healthcare options to become fewer and smaller, the overwhelming majority will want more, not less. This shift in mindset will always favor the Democrats. Game, set, match.

I suspect the word “costly” has more than one meaning in this sentence.

IMO, Barry knows now & knew all along that the HELLTH care system he was pushing was going to break the bank in every household. He just didn’t give a darn.

I am skeptical about his willingness to say that he knew how damaging it would be politically.

It is all parts of a whole—

Transparency....

Draining the Swamp......

Minimum 3 days of ALL bills being online for the public to read..........

Appointing over 30 CZARS to positions, responsibilities & pay ranks no one knows a darn thing about.

EVERYTHING that Pelosi, Reid & NObama promised has turned into secrecy—lies—budget busting spending—CZARS who might be a complete Shadow Government—extravagent trips all over the globe-—Bowing to Muslim persons worldwide-—denegrating our own military-—rules of engagement which are costing American lives-—everything he touches.

“”And it proved as costly politically as we expected, probably actually a little more costly than we had expected politically””

This bozo is incapable of making a definitive statement.
