VERY good question.
My only guess is that it makes for good TV right before the last weekend of a MAJOR election cycle. Pretty much neutralizes any Republican "October Surprise" now doesn't it?
Good thing those "Package Bombs" if in fact there are any didn't blow up over any populated areas.
This smells to high heaven to me and I am not impressed or buying the BS.

I don’t think this is going to affect anything in terms of the elections.
For one thing, a large number of people have already voted, and for another, it’s such a transparently lame October Surprise that it’s almost laughable.
