We can only hope that Republicans can PUT ASIDE the BS squabbling and present a UNITED FRONT to there opposition.

Liberals have finally tasted red meat and will not stand idly by while Republicans f&^% their hard won advantage! Nothing will matter if Republicans trash this break and squander the public confidence.. again. They BETTER 'dance with the one who brung ya', THIS TIME!

Interesting article. On the one hand, he gets it. There will be a Republican tidal wave.

On the other hand, he uses this opportunity to bash all the Republicans running in New York State. He’s seemingly fair and balanced, but he says, in effect, “Don’t vote for these Republican jerks.”

On the third hand, he’s certainly on the money with this quote: “Imagine what the Republicans could have done if they had really good and visionary leadership. But they don’t.”

In other words, no thanks to the Republican insider machine for this tidal wave. They are totally clueless, stupid, and corrupt. Well, he’s right about that. So, the big question will be whether the newcomers who are elected on November 2, and those running in 2012, will be able to reform the party.

Or not. If not, then it’s toast.

Since World War II, the House of Representatives has flipped parties on six occasions (1946, 1948, 1952, 1954, 1994, and 2006). Every time, the Senate flipped too, even when it had not been predicted to do so.

Another DNC “pundit” saying the GOP will win big so that if they don’t they will say they lost.

So predictible.

Well said; Governor. We all pray you’re correct in your prediction. We also pray for the focus to hold all newly- electeds accountable from the get-go. So much needs cleaning up in Washington and locally, too. These people need to finally learn it’s about actually DOING something worthwhile; not just getting a power fix.

We cannot let up after this election. We may find the elite Republicans sliding back to their old ways. If they move just the slightest off course there will be pure hell on the phones/emails!

I still think its a good idea to storm the RNC convention.

But for some reason the entire media establishment seems to think New York is sitting out this republican groundswell...

DONT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The polls were off by 31% in the primaries. Turnout was up 400% in some precincts. (heavily republican - there WAS NO primary challenger for democrat governor)

Many can call Sharron Angle a whacko.

It won’t really matter.

There are signs all over this state saying DUMP REID & ANTONE BUT REID.

I have even seen it painted in black spray paint on the side of a large haystack on Hwy 95-A South of Yerington, Nevada.

People have had it with Reid in thie state.

I don’t think he would have been elected the last time, except for the illegals in Las Vegas. Clark County is Dirty Harry’s stronghold.

In that part of the country-—you don’t last 30++ years without being well ‘connected’.
