from what I understand, he wouldn’t mind releasing the records if he was also released from his attorney-client privilege so he could actually TALK about what happened.

I think you are correct and I think I saw something like that in another story talking about ‘client attorney privileges’.

http://www.ktuu.com/news/ktuu-2010elect-miller-fnsb-record-decision-reactions-102410,0,6252425.story

“We had some concerns on the expedited process, but on the merits of the ruling it may be that the Miller campaign decides it's fine where it is,” said Miller’s attorney, Thomas Van Flein. “The entire time, Mr. Miller was saying, ‘We need to get this information out, but we also need to make sure my rights are protected and the borough’s rights are protected.’”

We've had some Freepers bemoaning the fact Miller had not yet fired back against the Democrats and their running dog lackeys on this issue, but obviously as a Borough Attorney he would still have a problem with attorney-client privilege.

I'm sure one of Moocowsky's lieutenants had that in mind ~ but last night at the big debate he noted he did once use his office computer for a personal reason ~ so there!

He may well have headed off the problem.

BTW, Moocowsky looks terrible ~ like a lighter, but twin in all other respects to the other levitating giant wooky out campaigning.
