I’m thinking that he had to funnel it through the State Party to protect Harry from the PR of accepting a NY bribe. Shoosh, Schummer ain’t all that popular outside of NY.

Schumer cut two checks to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) worth $1 million each in September. So how does this work? Chuck the Schmuck is allowed to give whatever he wants, but the rest of us peons and corporations are limited to a thousand bucks or something?
