I have always looked at McCain as Palin’s mulligan. Everyone deserves one mulligan in life.
If Palin had gone off the reservation and endorsed more RINO’s I would have agreed with you but deep down I knew this would be the only time that she “strayed” and that was why I was willing to overlook the endorsement of McCain. I hope many more Freepers see that Palin now is really a Reagan conservative and as you say begin to back her 100%.
As I have often said in this election cycle, in 2008 there was no conservative running and the primary voters had a right to bitch about that but in 2012 if Palin runs they will have no excuse if a RINO prevails. You are not about to see any other legitimate conservative candidate put himself or herself forward but Palin. Get used to it if you are a conservative, especially a Reagan conservative. It’s either Palin or Romney. Take your pick.
Very well said!

DeMint has made himself quite visible, with his stalwart conservative courage lately. I thought he was entering the glide path for a presidential run. I love Sarah Palin, but I don’t like the idea of her having to carry the conservative battle standard alone.
