My San Diego Gas & Electric bill comes with a breakdown of our current sources of energy. Wind and solar provides about 2% or 3% at the most. How are we going to get 30%?
Shut off all power coming from Arizona
and all power coming from coal or gas plants
and all power coming from hydroelectric.
Let’s see if California can get by on what’s left.
