Michelle Obama thinks being America’s First Lady is ‘hell’, Carla Bruni reveals today in a wildly indiscreet new book.
Miss Bruni reveals that Mrs Obama replied when asked about her position as the U.S. president’s wife: ‘Don’t ask! It’s hell. I can’t stand it!’

This makes sense. Anyone who is miserable, unhappy, mean looking and angry would say that about any place she lived. Why? Because she's taking herself with her where ever she goes. Michelle is stuck with herself. Can't get away no matter the location.

How well does do they know each other? Of course she should not have said that, it shows little respect for her role as she is representing her country. She is supposed to be dignified and should she have complaints - you share that with your best friend or mother, and that is it. She’s a grown woman, she should know better. Would you say that to a client about your job?

Carla is a wild child with quite a history, chic, beautiful and apparently adored by Sarkozy. She must just be stunned at our first lady, so pedestrian, so unattractive, no arrogant and angry. Michelle tolerates life/ Carla lives it no holds barred.
I love this story line!! It takes a frenchwoman to nail Michelle.
