Maybe he wasn’t really mocking Sen. McConnell. Maybe his diaper was full.

Franken - typical Democrat.

However, it does help to point out that the entire Republican “leadership” needs to start growing a pair and fighting back.

Weird Al was one of the monkeys that got free coke via “stimulus” money.

"The Leader thought I was disrespectful while he was giving his speech on General Kagan," Franken said in a statement to The Hill. "He is entitled to give his speech with the presiding officer just listening respectfully. I went directly to his office after I was done presiding to apologize in person. He wasn’t there, so I’ve sent him a handwritten note.”

I bet McConnell never got an apology note written in crayon before.

General Kagan?

What a dimwit. I'd even vote for Olympia Snowe if she was running against that clown.

I wonder how long he had to wait down the hall for McConnell to leave before he could go in to try and apologize. A hand-written note?

Gracious, what a baffoon.

My young children know when respect is due, but such intellectual and emotional immaturity is the same thing that interferes with his logical thought process. He is not developed enough to place his logic ahead of his infantile emotionalism.

And he is one of the leaders of a country once thought to be the greatest in the world.

I wonder if the ancient Romans had a bunch of Frankens in their senate? I wonder if Franken would recognize a Hun if he saw him riding into town?

” My young children know when respect is due, but such intellectual and emotional immaturity is the same thing that interferes with his logical thought process. He is not developed enough to place his logic ahead of his infantile emotionalism.”

Well stated. And such is the state of many’s TMZ driven thought process. It’s all about coolness, and getting away with being funny.

Al hasn’t figured out that he’s supposed to be mature now.

Also watch Obama, he’s auditioning for Jay Lenos replacement in many of his audience delivered speeches.

Delivering his punch line is more important than being a leader.
