Watchdog: Feds Were Asleep at the Switch When Minnesota Felons Went to the Polls
fox news ^ | 7/14/2010 | fox news

The group that uncovered evidence of large-scale illegal voting by felons in Minnesota's contested 2008 Senate race says the whole mess might have been prevented if the federal government had just done its job.

The federal government is required under the Civil Rights Act and the Help America Vote Act to make sure that states purge their voter rolls of ineligible voters — the dead, those who have moved, felons, undocumented immigrants, etc. — and to ensure that elections are administered and conducted fairly, said Dan McGrath, executive director of Minnesota Majority.

But the conservative watchdog group's review of Minnesota's voting records found that the government apparently did not fulfill that obligation in the state in 2008, which in turn affected the number of voters whose ballots were counted -- and possibly the outcome of the dead-heat election.

Unless you’re going to throw Franken out of office, this is just an interesting story.

Of course they’re not going to throw him out of office - he’s a big, rich lib with big, rich lib friends.

So we’re going to have to stomach this indignaty like everything else these clowns are doing. :(

Minnesota is the laughing stock of the nation with that clown in the U.S. Senate. It really is a joke. Now we discover that yet another democrat got in by corruption and dirty tricks. Surprise.

Asleep or complacent in the fraud? Add the corrupt Minnesota Secretary of State, corrupt election supervisors and corrupt state courts... all were part of this outrage. Coleman was ahead in the first few recounts, but they kept “recounting” till Franken went ahead… then voila! Recount over! Works like that in “Blue” machine states!

We must hammer, hammer, HAMMER on the federal government to enforce those voting laws that require purging the ineligible from voter lists!

This is crucial stuff here, folks!

There are FEDERAL LAWS that require the weeding out of the voter roll and we simply can’t let this opportunity slip away.

HAMMER THEM! Don’t let this issue get swept under the rug. MAKE THEM purge ineligible voters!

And let’s not forget Ted Stevens getting screwed over in Alaska. Those two seats most likely would have kept Una Paloma Negro’s agenda stalled in the Senate.

Kind of makes you wonder why Governor Tim Pawlenty (R) did not do his PATRIOTIC duty and issue an executive order that would have overruled corrupt SOS Mark Ritchie & the demoRAT controlled election boards, and to actually FORCE a state constitutional crisis and if necessary a re-do of the senate election. Why are Repubs always such wimps and so scared to exercise the bully pulpit, when the demoRATS are so corrupt and wouldn't think twice about exercising the bully pulpit when they are in power? Hmmmm kind of like 0bozo always does. We are at war against socialist-fascist-communism in this country, but you would never know it based on the genteel, civil, "respectful" overtones from Repubs, while demoRATs play every dirty trick in the boat.

Or we just need to implement Am Rev II and retake back our country from the socialists by force, as the Declaration of Independence gives us the right to...it is the duty of the people to abolish or alter the government when such government becomes destructive to the will of the people.

A bottle of beer, a pack of smokes, a plane trip to Chicago, or a can of spray paint- You need a state photo I.D. to buy any of these, yet the state of MN doesn’t even have this simple requirement in order to vote.

There are only two sides here: Those who want to stop fraud and those who will be irreparably harmed if the fraud is not allowed to continue.

More than 3 Million Registered Voters are Dead, 12 Million More Ineligible, Analysis Finds

They never seem to be able to report that, even though the fact that someone voted is a public record.

This of course is by design. If states wanted to, they could make voting as secure as the lottery.Instead, they take every opportunity to create ways to ensure it’s not.

Now we discover that yet another democrat got in by corruption and dirty tricks.

And yet again, the crime took over a year to track down the proof.

We won't have that sort of time in the next election.

Add the corrupt Minnesota Secretary of Stat

Many don't know that after the Florida Gore presidential loss the dems made it a point to get Secretaries of State elected in many states just so the could control situations like this one was.

Looks like their plan worked. Now our side needs to make it a point to stopping this type of fraud again. So do you think anyone is watching for this in the future?

There may be a bigger story here about political corruption in Minnesota, reaching way up in the state’s leadership.

I hope that on-going research proves to be true because it will blow the lid off of state politics. And you thought that something was rotten in Denmark!

Secretary of State races are...

With the dems working on this since Gore/Bush they are well entrenched and have targeted SOS positions nationwide. If O has his way they will also have SCOTUS handled so they will never need another SOS fraud again. Easier to manage 4 or 5 justices than 50 SOS positions.

See my tag line.
