Paul doesn't get a lot of things, not least of all the fact that a Nobel in one specialized area of economics does not, ipso facto, make you an automatic expert in any other specialized area of economics. But then, it's just like a liberal to think that he or she is a godlike genius - that's what comes from having given up the capacity for rational thought.
