Perhaps the original videotape isn't as grainy and unclear, but from that video, I don't think you can conclusively say that the man isn't Arab, Latino, black, or mixed race to say nothing of describing him as "white".

They stop at nothing to call all perps white guys and if it turns out that the white guy didn’t do the actual crime, it is because of the white guy that the crime was done.
