But after a long period of time US trainers were able to professionalize the Colombian military and get them to cut way down on their human rights abuses, and they proceded to essentially crush the FARC.
Sounds like it’s just going to result in efficient, well organized rape crews then.
Just like gang members joining the military to get tactical and weapons training, it doesn’t result in a change of heart, just a gang being run with military efficiency.
