Isn’t AZ’s law just saying the completely unremarkable conclusion that if you’re here illegally, you’re here illegally, and you won’t be staying if we find you here illegally?
Doesn’t U.S. law itself make it illegal for illegals to be here, or is there something about “illegal” that I am not getting? Is Al Sharpton saying that under federal law people who are here illegally are not here illegally, and therefore cannot ever be treated as if they are here illegally?
