They don't. The Colorado place that the Mo's targeted is a working location, AFAIK, not where both gentlemen reside full time. I believe that when they are not living in Colorado and working on South Park they both reside in different states.

I think I heard an interview with one of their mothers about how they used to hear Matt & Trey screaming obscenities in weird voices at each other in the basement while they were doing their “work”...
I guess they’ve found a better place of their own to do their “work”.
