He doesn’t owe Stupak an apology. Fact is that stupid Stupak beleives the Executive order means something. EO’s don’t trump Federal law and the bill contains $11 Billion for “Community Health Clinics” which can be “Planned Parenthood Clinics”. If anyone tries to stop funding them, some Federal Judge will just rule that the Executive Order cannot prevail over Federal Law. End of dispute.
