The ironic thing is that these gestures would mean nothing to someone such as Pelosi. However, they would hurt Stupak. I really believe Stupak understands and, in his heart at least, is ashamed of what he has done. This is small consolation for the blood of the millions of dead babies he has made himself responsible for.
