According to the constitution, they do not have the right to do what they are doing, but they are not going to let things like "legality" stand in there way.
You are talking about a guy who created the "Office of the President Elect" and was basically acting like the commander in cheif before he was even sworn in!

To Congressional liberals (Dems.) “The end justify the means” so by any means possible or necessary, legitimate or not, they will continue to push, which is why we need to continue to push back! And meanwhile they need to be “called out” on every lie they tell about this bill, and we need to continue to fight. Exposing the “process” they are using draws others to fight as we are, for our remaining freedoms.
