“Struck down”, by whom precisely?

That's what I was wondering.

The Supreme Court is my only guess.

No other state would have the authority to do it and it's not likely Idaho would do it themselves after passing it.

Some circus circuit court maybe?

“So is it to be Civil War or a Revolution needed to set us FREE?”

I’m afraid each of us will have to come to that decision on our own. Whatever happens, it’s going to be ugly.

Either one is fine. I want to mix it up against dimturds in whatever fashion it takes. We have got to take our country back (along with state & local govts) and throw the dimturd asses into prison or to the gallow for treason & high crimes against America.

What about the other 21 states? (sarc)

Come back...we need good, right-thinking people to offset the Left-Coast nutjobs that are infesting us. You know exactly the type I'm talking about, 'cause most of them are from Commiefornia! Leave that decaying cesspool and come back to the home where you belong.

Oh, believe me I think about it. I’m lucky to be in a county that considers itself NOT California...very conservative. Most people around here claim to be from ‘the State of Jefferson’, not California.

I saw Oregon be taken over by those ‘Commiefornians’ in the 50 years I lived there. (Left 6 years ago) It was heartbreaking.

Remember they are all being offered BRIBES for their votes. Ask them how much their bribe price is.
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

And here are toll-free numbers we can use to call any Senators or Reps.

At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.

When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

We need to use these toll free numbers that have been set up for the health care/ BO supporters and illegals to use! After all they are FREE!

Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down

No problem, Idaho can just deem it unstruckdown.

"Legal experts say the measure, signed Wednesday, will likely be struck down. "

Who are these legal experts? The same libturd educated but stupid nitwits who declare that the amendments to the Constitution pertain to the individual except for the 2nd amendment which only applies to state militias? Or that the "wisps & pnuembras" of the Constitution guarantee the right of privacy as the basis for Roe vs Wade?

I would love to take these so called experts out behind the woodshed & give them a good caning, and then ask them to restate their opinions.

Our judicial system is so corrupted & devious today that they couldn't get a ruling right if it jumped up and bit them in the face.

They are like the Bible describes in Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" And Isaiah 5:23 "Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!"

Thanks EdReform! The one thing you gotta notice is that the arguments from the nanny-staters against these initiatives are always the same. It's as if they're all operating from the same talking points memo -- which in fact they probably are.

Idaho has entered the uh, emergency room!

What legal experts is Obama front group AP talking about ?

According to the article these "experts" say that federal law trumps state law. Did these "experts" forget about the 10th Amendment to the Constitution?

Idaho’s standing up for her citizens! I can only hope Ohio stands up for hers too.

First Virginia, now Idaho. I think there will be more states very quickly following suit (especially hopefully Texas), and once it gets to 10-12 states or more, it will put enormous pressure on even the libturd states, if they have to carry the add'l load for the states bailing out on 0bozo's socialist health debacle. The same 10-12 states need to tell the courts in no uncertain terms that if the courts even attempt to override these states, the states will "deem the court's ruling to be null & void".

“The argument will be federal preemption. That is, the federal law will preempt the state law.”

If it falls outside of Article 1 section 8- Then State law trumps.
