Oh yeah...and who is suing them at the moment??? The republicans should be filing one lawsuit a day - against the illegals like goetner with his IRS stuff - against everyday outrage against the Constitution and we should do that also - every single day - not that I trust the SCOTUS but one in ten would be granted and the dems would have to stop sometime if they don’t want a new lawsuit or to end up in jail. But we and the RINOS in Congress do nothing.
