At least they have made some accurate predictions concerning comets and solar activity.
I haven't read it, but I thought I would just ask anyway. Does this offer any predictive capability towards Sunspot activity, and events such as the Maunder Minimum and the Dalton Minimum (and others), which, in turn, have a dramatic cooling effect on the earth's climate?

The broader view is that the solar system travels through regions of higher and lower electrical activity in the galaxy.
This could account for some of the climate variation that has been going on forever (not human caused).
The mainstream considers this pure hooey, but they don’t seem to have all the answers either.
