‘Course when you’re rear-ended you can fake all kinds of injuries. Happened to me when I rear-ended some tin can with no damage to my rig, and minor damage to the sucker who braked to make an illegal left turn immediately after a left turn (watch those, dude!) My insurance company decided it wasn’t worth the trouble pursuing the fake new age (chiro “dr”) claim of the young female “victim”.
I hate to be cold.....but from reported injuries, it sounds like they weren’t buckled up.

I hear ya! I’m no truck driver but I really think the DMV needs to Flunk more of these POS drivers. They don’t know how to drive and there’s been more than a few times they have almost gotten me and passengers killed as well because of their incompetence.
The problem seems this day and age if your stupid or insane you get a free pass in life.
