We are not throwing them a lifeline. The GOP had to attend this or the no-show would have become the media drumbeat for weeks, making BOcare easier to pass.

The public does not want a negotiation on this bill, the Republicans would have higher poll ratings for not going.
They have completely and utterly misread the situation, the Republicans are worried about media coverage instead of listening to the public.
