So, when this DOES get rammed through, the Dems can basically say that “Well, the Republicans actually agree on a lot of this bill......”

Bacus now lets slip the real message this conference will communicate. There is really very little difference between the two parties on this issue. Essentially they agree on what needs to be done.

This is all about slamming Rep ideas or saying that they have already been addressed in the bill. 6 hours of the Dems hogging the microphone pushing their bill and using the Reps as props. This was a bad idea from the start.
