Agreed. Although I would not support any more spending, as described the bill is reported to have two things: tax cuts, road construction. Road construction is one of the few items actually listed as a congressional power in the Constitution.

I don’t trust the guy, but this is hardly a test.

as a matter of curiosity, I wonder how many of Kennedy's staffers Brown hired???

I read somewhere that often these new MCs and Senators are reflecting the politics of their staff.

The Dems refused to use the first title for this bill, which was “stimulus” and decided “jobs” would make it something different for those who don’t like stimulus.

I though at least our elected Senators would have read about this and seen it for what it is — another slush fund to elect Dems.
