I sure as hell hope Rush went on to say that he is fully behind JD Hayworth!
His response was rational. No matter how ugly the person is, you have to dance with the person who brought you to the dance.
If Palin campaigns for McCain with the same intensity(sic) that he campaigned for President, it will help JD.
I’m more upset about Fred Thompson’s endorsement.
Too bad time it running out and now you are either part of the solution or part of the problem. It is time to be on the correct side and McCain is not there. We are broke and the end of our country is near.
Dance with the one that brung ya. If it weren’t for McCain, Palin would be nowhere right now. It would show a lack of character for Palin to give McCain a very public slap-in-the-face for ideological reasons. Loyalty is a virtue.
I’m sure she’d rather Hayworth win — just without her having backstabbed the individual most responsible for her vault onto the national political scene.

Rush has only echoed what many of us rational Sarah supporters have been saying all along.
confirms a lot.
the lady is a class act and clearly values loyalty. As much as I loathe McCain it is hard to dump on her for this.
That's because Joe changed his mind. Recently he said some negative things about Palin.
All I can ask is that Arizonans who love the state and the country stay away from the rallies for McCain even though you'd love to see Sarah.
She supported McCain for president, if she didn’t support him now the MSM would run 30 min videos of her telling the world he should be president. She has no choice, besides it’s the loyal thing to do and I support it.
I would never vote for McCain, but I certainly understand why she has to endorse him.
Brices Crossroads, I love that name! I’m a big Forrest fan.
POLL: Would you support JD Hayworth against John McCain?

I have no problem with Palin endorsing McCain, for the very reasons Rush stated. I thought the same even before Rush’s show yesterday. And an additional reason: while some of McCain’s campaign staff may have maligned Palin, McCain has always publicly been gracious and supportive of her.
This is the way politics works, the game has fundamental rules. This is one of them.
Robert Service said it best .... “A promise made is a debt unpaid”.
Sarah has stated (promised) that she will not support RINO’s and yet she clearly does so by campaigning for McCain.
At what point will the “favors” end? She seems to be falling into the Beltway lobbyist payback IOU scheme that has ruled Washington for generations. I am disappointed with her decision.
Here’s a quote from Jim Robinson (about one month ago) that I really really liked.
“No more RINO’s”
They have a job to do, all 4 of them, and that is to hold their ground and disrupt. They are mostly Ron Paul supporters.
It seems silly to have the exact same conversation with the same people and the same outcome (the Palin haters end up conversing with just each other) da7ly.
It's been stated numerous times that those of us that actually understand the workings of politics and how Palin would be been torn apart had she not come out and stood by McCain, well, we don't don't even like McCain. We can just see past the noses on our faces.
Didn’t we all already know this?
Limbaugh’s so called defense of Palin only points out he is putting party over principle. That’s damning with faint praise.
I’m not sure if I am remembering this correctly, but didn’t Sarah Palin say, at the time she endorsed Doug Hoffman in New York, that she would back the conservative over the Republican every time? I like Sarah, but I wish she would stand up for her true beliefs and NOT back McCain.
Rush is always the voice of reason.
We know he probably despises McCain and so do I. McCain is shamelessly using Sarah after letting his staff and even wife and daughter criticize her.
Even if he knows he’s putting her in a spot, he’s still doing it.
this is so idiotic, why is he doing this in the midst of the healthcare uproar? why is he doing this at all? because 6 NFL players tested positive?
