To date, in light of his sinking approval ratings, the main thing Obama has had going for him is that since the presidential election, his political opponents have lacked a leader capable of uniting his opponents around an alternative path. Over the past week, that leader may have emerged.
On Saturday, former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin gave the keynote address at the Tea Party Movement convention in Nashville, Tennessee. As she did in the presidential campaign, Palin electrified her audience in Nashville by credibly channeling the populist impulses of American voters. In her signature line she asked, "So how's that hopey changey stuff working out for ya?"

I didn't know the part about the pin she wore.
Good stuff.

You don't have to try to raise hell. All you have to do is post an article about Sarah Palin and the rest will take care of itself. And it was a good article.

It’s not time for an alternative leader yet, two and a half years out. That just gives the left more time to character assassinate them. Wait til 2012 to choose...

Yeah, they are becoming rather predictable aren’t they?
I also thought it was a good article.

Yes, it was a very good piece!
If the Romneybots and anti-Palin drones do show up, I don't think Jim Robinson minds showing them the door!

The woman is a good writer. Will look for more of Caroline Glick writing to come. And, she's right about the Jews. Can put them together with blacks, Hispanics and a substantial subgroup of Catholics who continue to imagine the Democrat Party represents their values. Perception over reality. Only thing likely to awaken them is some real hardship that they cannot ascribe to “Bush's fault,” but only to themselves for continuing to prop up the “Big Lie” Obama-ism.

And if that still isn't enough, there is her lapel pin. The politician who leads the populist opposition to Obama decided to make her most important speech since the 2008 election wearing a pin featuring the US flag and the Israeli flag. I'm impressed.

Caroline Glick has been around for quite a while.
The Israeli paper, Maariv, called Caroline "The Most Prominent Woman in Israel" back in the early 2000's (IIRC 2002 or 2003).
BTW, she is the deputy managing editor of The Jerusalem Post.

As a Jew, I have to object to those who claim to be Jews, yet hate Sarah Palin. I read “Going Rogue” and was quite impressed with her.
