I really don’t care much to go over the border. Your dealing with decades of indoctrination and a whole different mentality. Look how much they are taxed in the city. Look at the hikes done on all the tolls around the city. There’s been no anti-movement gaining ground on even these issues, I’m not too surprised by the outcome with these elections. The lemmings take it gleefully.
Chicago is typical, no different than say Madison. Union owned votes bought and sold. Illinois is a blue state and is viewed as such nationally. Brown and Kirk come from the same mold. Kirk just has a voting record. Tea Parties will be back in force as this election cycle heats up. Not every conservative candidate will draw national support. Brown was a chance to stick it in Obama’s eye, he is no Hughes type conservative either.
