Unfortunately for Sunstein, he’s know as an “intellectual heavyweight.” I say unfortunately because as a leftist, his intellectual credentials are given as a sort of affirmative action—so we know he’s not as smart as they say he is.

That is, if you advocate the leftist agenda your intellectual rating will be artificially elevated from moderate to high by academics and the mainstream press.

(The inverse is true of conservatives.)
