A 14-year-old boy who has notched up 26 criminal charges in his short life, stealing cars, motorcycles and leading highway patrol officers on high speed chases is on the run from police.

A magistrate this morning issued an arrest warrant for the youngster, who cannot be identified, when he failed to show up to Bidura Children’s Court this morning.

The child had previously been ordered not to be absent from his home between 7pm and 7am, unless in the company of his grandmother – he was also to report to police three times a week.

However, Magisrate Joan Baptie was told this morning that he had failed to report to police, and had not been seen for over a week.

England is way out in front of the US on this score, but when you do the following:
Allow liberalism, the disease, to govern all you do,
Kick God (only the Christian one) out of the public square,
Tell parents that they can not discipline their child,
Foolishly treat kids as adults in all phases of life,
Set low goals and fail to acheive academically,
and more

Then this is what you get...lots of little criminals who do not know what respect for authroity is let alone respect for their fellow citizen.

I recall reading in a motorcycle magazine a few years ago that the number of motorcycle thefts in GB was out of control, and there were a number of vigilante "gangs" who would position gorgeous "bait" bikes in high crime areas where many bikes had been stolen, and wait in vans. Once the bad guy or guys would come and try stealing the bike, the "gang" would swarm over the bad guys and beat them with clubs, usually leaving the bad guys hospitalized with broken arms and legs, and sometimes worse.

Highly illegal, but it did cut down on the number of stolen motorcycles in the areas they "patrolled."

This story is from Australia not England. The OP has rather confusingly given it a UK tag.

Thanks for that clarification. Personally I feel it does not change at all my premise in my response to it...The UK certainly has these very issues, but Australia is not far behind.

The whole thin is sad and completly avoidable.

England is way out in front of the US on this score -

Spot on - in England, adults are afraid of youngsters. They have lost control of their children long ago and as a result have lost control of their country.
