No such thing as an "illegal immigrant". You must have an immigration visa to be an immigrant.
The people targeted in the story are actually illegal entrants into the United States, not immigrants.

I prefer the term “Alien Invaders” because then we have the Constitutional Justification to, quite bluntly, kill them. {One of the stated purposes of the Army.}

The definition of immigrant is merely a person who moves from one place to settle in another. Your definition is retsrictive and you have arbitrailly used it to support your point.
What more do you have to say? They are here against the laws of the US. That makes them illegal immigrant or aliens for that matter. What else do you need?
