Obviously an unemployed family can’t come up with the $15,00+ for Obama’s Cr*pCare insurance. Thus the provision for the 5 year prison sentence. Thus getting the unemployed poor off the streets and creating new good paying, full time jobs (prison camp guards)....just like in the old USSR.
Didn’t they used to call that “Debtor’s Prison” back in the old days?
