Please read the report on how that came about. There were so many people who instigated that action and had to approve it, I believe the guy must have been a great con man.

Tragic and I am sure he feels terrible, but there is lots of blame to go around there. Oh, buy the way, I am not a Huckabee supporter.

Part of Huckabee’s “defense” was that even the prosecutors thought the 106/107 yr sentence for a sixteen year old was way over the sentencing norm. [But why was it so severe? Is there something we — and maybe Huckabee — don’t know?] I think Mr H is a good man, but not one I’d put into a post where he’d again have to weigh compassion against justice: we’re way overboard toward compassion.

What you are claiming is NOT the "truth."

It was a sentence commutation of a 16 year old's crime.
