My understanding at this time is that this as little to do with oxygen deprivations. They are pure evil. They revel in such destruction of decent people and freedom.
I can’t belive I am alive to see this stuff...it’s like one of those terrible sci-fi thriller that is set in the very disant future...only it’s not.

As expected after yesterday’s cloture vote, Cass Sunstein was confirmed as the administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The vote was 57-40. Click here to read OMB Watch’s statement on the confirmation.
The vote fell mostly somewhat along party lines. Republican senators Robert Bennett (UT), Orrin Hatch (UT), Susan Collins (ME), Richard Lugar (IN), Olympia Snowe (ME), and George Voinovich joined 51 Democrats (including Sen. Joe Lieberman) in voting for Sunstein. Democratic senators Mark Begich (AK), Blanche Lincoln (AR), Ben Nelson (NE), Mark Pryor (AR), Jim Webb (VA), independent Bernie Sanders (VT), and 34 Republicans voted against.
Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV) and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) did not vote.
Sunstein’s nomination grew more and more controversial after the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee approved it on May 20. The Committee approved the nomination by voice vote, and only Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK) objected. Committee members Pryor, John McCain (R-AZ), John Ensign (R-NV), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) all voted against Sunstein this time around.
At this point, is there any way we can regain control of our country through strictly legal and non-violent measures?
There is no need to change ANYTHING in order to sue Hannity. What he means is that he wants to change the LEGAL definition of libel so that the government can use it as a hammer to destroy talk radio.
I agree... but only as long as the new law forces the litigant to pay triple legal costs when the defendant proves that the alleged “rumors” are, in fact, absolute facts. Bring on the frivolous lawsuits, liberal idiots. You’ll find the bright lights of a courtroom are much different than the dank, roach-infested havens of Newsweak, Time, Slate, Politico, and the like when it comes to proving allegations of “rumors”.
BTW, libel is damaging lies spread by the WRITTEN word. I think he means that he wants to sue for SLANDER.

I’m still digging out of my various pre-election hate mail piles — you know, “How could say Obama is a socialist who will redistribute wealth just because he used to be a member of a socialist party and criticized the Warren Court for failing to order the redistribution of wealth?”; “How could you say Obama is a Left-wing radical rather than a centrist moderate just because he made common cause with Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Mike Klonsky, Jeremiah Wright, Frank Marshall Davis, et al?”; “How could you say Obama would be an extremist on abortion and other life issues just because he supported infanticide as a Chicago legislator?”; “How could you say Obama would be anti-Israel in his governance and appointments just because he pals around with Rashid Khalidi?”; “How could you say an Obama administration would turn TARP into a Big Government slush fund just because he managed the Chicago Annenberg Challenge as a Big Lefty slush fund?”; “How could you say Obama will be soft on Iran just because Obama is soft on Iran?”; etc. But I note that I got plenty for this one, too:
