Confirmed: Lou Dobbs announced his resignation from CNN on his Nov. 11 broadcast.
Has Lou Dobbs been forced out at CNN by the left-wing attack machine and other forces on the left? Quite possibly.
According to New York Times reporters Brian Stelter and Bill Carter, CNN's Lou Dobbs will announce his resignation from CNN on his Nov. 11 show.

you’ve done a great job and have shown integrity in your beliefs for years. integrity that the left does not appreciate, and is sorely lacking in Americas youth.
my suggestion to you would be to move to some undisclosed location near an amazing florida beach, hire on @ fox and do a show from there.
and NEVER let them know where you live.
if you choose to retire, which you most certainly deserve, i am sure there would be no shortage of guest spots on various radio and tv shows that would benefit from your experience, insight, and wisdom.

I hope Fox gets him, and they should be REQUIRED to give up either Shep or Geraldo. Preferably both. I’d trade either one of ‘em for the guy who scrubs out the urinals at CNN...

Fellow Canadian, get whatever you have to get to receive FOX. Otherwise you are giving the alphabet networks ratings. Did you know that Telus has just bought Bell? My sister has a Bell cellphone and she is some ticked but really none of them are great. I pay Shaw Cable who now owns StarChoice which I used to have.
I made up my mind, that I would choose the best I could but I insist on having FOX NEWS. CO

if CNN is a business, and the purpose is to make money for the shareholders, how can they justify doing things that reduce ratings... thereby reducing the total revenue

Fox is a logical choice for Dobbs. Wow, my remote control fingers will never go to CNN now. That was the only reason I would ever tuned in.

I have over 100 posts that mention or involve him, and many of those have his opponents lying about him. Pick out a name from the list and try to find some way (such as on your blog if you have one or in comments on their site) to point out to their readers that they lied or misled:
