Why are they waiting for a “right” time?????

If this “gay” discrimination is such a grave injustice, violation of constitutional rights and all that, why then, is mere politics deciding what our policies will be??????

I heard somebody quote Barney Frank as wanting this changed in a couple years, after we’ve totally withdrawn from Iraq, and Afghanistan is under better control. That’s telling, in that, Barney figures that military recruitment, morale, and retention will be affected when they go to change the policy.

It will be the same with same-sex marriage. They will move to repeal the federal marriage law when they think the politics are right. Again, if they truly believe that these matters are a gross violation of constitutional rights, how can these liberals hold back working for change due to politics???? Esp. considering that they will lose seats in the 2010 mid-term elections, what are they waiting for??????

Either that or Barney just doesn’t want to see any queers get killed in an out of control war in which ostammer has taken weak positions. Afghanistan is spiraling out of control now and we’ve lost a lot of gained ground in Iraq. The queers don’t want to fight there. In fact, I doubt many would enlist anyway. This is strictly a political move to gain/continue favor with queers. I expect this will be undertaken right before 2012 to maximize queer enthusiasm for ostammer’s re-election.

He has already got his Sodomayer now all he needs is his Gomorrah. All kidding aside, I am praying that Sodomayer is open to the Holy Spirit changing her heart. Was she not moved at all by the sermon, protecting the unborn that was preached at the special Mass the other day?? Probably not, but I hope I am wrong.

Wouldn`t it be a miracle if she changed her heart...Praise The Lord!!! Help my unbelief in this regard Lord.
