Let’s look at Berlusconi this way- his greeting (from what i’m seeing) is all about “throwing FLOTUS off her guard”. I’m guessing she expected more formality but obviously that was not the case. If he had been more formal with her that would have meant he would be equating her with POTUS and more so ,her own personal power. This greeting by Berlusconi was simply very informal and he treated her as an ordinary woman,(sort of like an italian slap & tickle) NOT as FLOTUS.

I don't know that you can even tell what kind of shape she's in based on what she throws on. She needs somebody to dress her; clearly her husband aint helping her. This outfit is a nightmare, and the thing she wore to the Medal of Honor Ceremony was a pluperfect disaster.
