I believe so too devolve. A hard enclosure close to his head like that could affect his hearing device.

I watched him take the helmet and kinda ponder a few seconds about it, then give it back.

I tried to get a good screencap when Rush was inside the car - but it was too dark for good contrast and color

I may have that TV tuned better than some of the FReepers who said their pics of Rush on their TVs was not as good

Combo of my WebTV Plus and Domania VidCap works great
