Has a strict policy of non-intervention and permits member countries to self-determine type of government.
Haven’t read the whole thing, nor am I an attorney, but it seems to me that Micheletti could use the opportunity to present the case of the Honduran people...then tell them to bugger off if they keep insisting.
One thing that might be useful is for those on the inside to film EVERYTHING they can. Also, to share the OAS charter so as many people as possible will know their rights as a member of the OAS.
Hope this isn’t old information and boring! Just thought I’d dig around to help.
Perhaps Obama wants Honduras to cave as a precedent for when he is removed from office...it could happen. Too many cases building momentum.
