I suppose they are incompetent, evil savage exploiters of “science”, and they want an excuse to loot and attack the rich/goods, as well as a mean to avoid punishment for messing it all up. So they are seeking a narcissist scapegoatable persecutor of the Hitler kind, one of their own in thinking but coming from a bio-family of ours.
