Holy cow! Somebody hacked into Rahm Emanuel's "My Pictures" folder!

What's that around his neck, a cross?

Yes, it is a cross. Now I don’t know what to think. Man-boobs, a cross, a weapon, a half-naked horseback ride. Stalin has got to be spinning in his grave. And the idea that this guy is a closet Christian is certainly intriguing.

It took twelve posts for someone to notice that, eh? I notice the same thing in an earlier photo a few years ago.

If there's any doubt that the world has been turned upside-down, just think about the report a few months ago about Putin warning the Obama administration about their reckless fiscal policies.

It boggles the mind, doesn't it? A Christian Russian leader lectures a Muslim president of the U.S. on fiscal restraint.

Now THAT is odd. Who knew Putin was a closet Christian? Maybe it's a swastika. The picture isn't very clear. He's actually a closet Nazi.

Putin’s mother was a Russian Orthodox Church member all her life. She had him baptized, probably without Putin’s father’s knowledge. Atheism was mandatory for party members and having your children baptized could be a major setback for your party career if it was discovered. The cross was his baptismal cross and his mother gave to him when he was an adult and about to travel to Israel - she wanted him to have it blessed in the Holy Land.

He is supposed to regularly attend Sunday services. I do not know if that is true. He certainly has attended Russian Orthodox religious services. He doesn’t talk about his beliefs, if he has any.

Someone reading is about to make a post that he is not a very good Christian if he is one. I can’t disagree with that. Perhaps he is the best Christian he can be, and it should be left at that.
