CAMRN FOUR on ARIVAL?
then to Verrazane bridge for start of first racetrack

racetrack 3 passes, South to North

south to north at 1000 MSL past Statue
turn west at between 1600 and 2000 ft
south over holland tunnel at 1600 and 2000 ft
over bay just east ?
east bound over staten isl - north of expresway
and back to 1000 foot.

and back to ADW

F16 to fly in with them.
1 nautical mile abeam on North leg.

Speed 200 to 250 KIA

There is a map of the flyover.

Two notes:
In SE corner of Racetrack

Begins orbit at 1357Z: Mode 3 2115: Mode C 600 ft

In NW corner of Racetrack

Leaves orbit at 1408Z: Mode 3 3054 : Mode C 2,000 ft

1357 zulu time
East coast should be 5 hours ahead of zulu time.
So perhaps they started at 3 minutes to 11.

Check on daylights savings time. Could be a 10am start.

The quit at 8 minutes after.

So they only shot for 12 minutes?

Perhaps they were forced to quit early.
