Where is he finding the money to pay them? The CZAR gets $182,000 a year plus is given ten employees. How did the President find all that extra money to pay these people?

Apparently, in the United States, the title “Czar” is an informal term of a certain high-level official who directs and oversees federal operations on a given topic.

"Apparently?" The term was created by the liberal media, when Nixon appointed the first one.
