From everything I have read about Sarah Palin I believe her to be one of the few who put her principles first and did the right thing for her state and her country.

Newt’s speech is excellent.
He does well when speaking to Republicans. Not so much when he’s trying to curry favor with the left. He has that need to be liked by the State Media.

I’m sure she can read it, though. As Churchill said when some society woman accused him of being drunk, “that may be so, madam, but in the morning I’ll be sober and you’ll still be ugly”.
If her biggest problem is not having digested some conservative reading list, I’m sure she’ll have plenty of time to read over Friedman, Hayek, Kirk, Hazlitt and the rest of them.
If she isn’t subject to the two minutes hate of Obama and his MinTruth minions, to borrow from you namesake.
