Anyone interested in a live thread? Right now. it's BO blathering.
I want to hang for a while in to see if Sarah gets any mention at all.
John Voight gave conservatives plenty of red meat; unfortunately the GOP members of Congress are treating Obama like they will dead meat with the MSM if they do not kowtow to Obama.
Almost impossible to watch. And I WANT to like these people. We are still so screwed.
Looks like they’re using professionals to do the event production. About time.
Thanks for the link. I enjoyed John Voight but the rest of the line up doesn’t do a thing for me.
Amen.
Actions, Boehner, actions. Not words.
LOL, the talent has a better message than the members.
“A new, principled Republican party...”
As opposed to what, exactly...?
damfino. I’m bailing out of my own thread. It’s too depressing.
bttt
Too funny! As soon as the speakers quit, the camera went straight to Sarah and they are leaving her even if it’s the back of her head.
Hannity is now showing an exclusive interview with Palin.
Might be a good idea. Can't blame you, though.
Garbage in, garbage out. :0/
Goodnight.
OK. It was an obscenity laden tirade on free markets and where to find their cajones. Here's what I told them verbatim....

Sarah is doing great without a teleprompter on Hannity.
With a few exceptions, most politicians are unprincipled. Most are self-serving, interested in being re-elected and being in power first and the health of the Nation a distant second. In fact, their actions (votes) in many cases are un-American. If it is good politically, chances are it is bad policy for the Country. Just review where we are today. ‘Another day older and deeper in debt and owe my soul to the company store’. as the song goes.
16 Tons and what do you get
Another day older and deeper in debt
St. Peter don't call me 'cause I can't go
I owe my soul to the company store
Sarah was terrific! As usual she responded in clear, unambiguous terms. This grand lady feels the exact same way about the American people as Reagan, and even Thomas Jefferson, did. And their love for our country is, or was, in the case of the late former Presidents, pure and unabashed.
That's great news. Did she stop the populist schtick and start espousing conservatism? I have to see this. I'll check it out in a few minutes.
