Somali youth from Minneapolis dies in homeland

Another one of the Somali youths who vanished from the Twin Cities last fall has apparently met his death in his homeland.
Burhan Hassan, a studious teenager from Minneapolis, died in Mogadishu and was buried there, an uncle said Saturday evening.
"We received a call from those people in Mogadishu. They confirmed the unfortunate news that our son was killed," said Abdirizak Bihi, whose sister is Hassan's mother.
FBI officials could not confirm the news Saturday night.
Bihi said his sister received a call Friday morning informing her that Hassan had been killed and that he did not die in combat.
"Somehow he was killed," he said. "They did not give us details. But they said there was no fighting from the enemy. Somehow they found him dead, the man said, and he was buried."

Have you noticed that whenever an American Muslim youth gets in trouble for participating in terrorism that the family always denies they had any knowledge? Says in the article the kid had never expressed any interest in his “homeland.” So, recruiter shows up, and uncle insists the kid has to be a good mooslim, do his “duty” for the religion of peace, etc. etc. Kid reluctantly goes off, and doesn't cooperate. Calls home, begging to come back, family tells him to be a good soldier. He won't cooperate, the terrorists shoot him, mom goes hysterical, uncle denies any responsibility. Just another chapter in the religion of peace.

It’s all a part of how liberal rags like the StarTribune choose to report the facts. The coddle and protect the Somalis because it is ths moral thing to do. For them. Remember, that the MPLS Somali community is ground zero in Keith Ellison’s district.
